Vladimir Putin behaves like a tsar.

Putin admires the Russian generals.

The generals in the 19th century like General Ivan Fyodorovich Paskevich and General Alexei Petrovich Yermolov.

These generals in the past [in the 19th century] killed many innocent peoples in the Caucasus by making wars.

These generals conquered the territories of the nations in the Caucasus region.

President Vladimir Putin is following the paths of the former Russian tzars.

The Russian tsars made wars and conquered the territories of other nations in the South Caucasus.

The Russian tsars needed to keep the influence of the Russian empire alive.

On 11 April 2015 the website KAVKAZ UZEL EU "kavkaz-uzel.eu" wrote the following words about general Alexei Petrovich Yermolov:

"The Russian authorities attempt to make a hero of General Alexei Yermolov."

"Caucasian Letters. 1816-1860." The cruelty of General Yermolov's actions does not allow residents of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) to change attitude towards him, the human rights defenders believe."

Mr. Putin despite the misrable social situations and economical conditions of millions of people who are living in Russia, is constantly halucinating with the past stories of Russia that he wants to make Russian great again!

Putin and his cowboys in Moscow are believing that they have a mission to keep the countries like Azerbaijan and Georgia under the military, political and economical controls of Russia.

Putin and his cowboys are believing that Russia is militarily a great power either within the former Soviet space or after Putin's rise to power.

Putin and those who want to revive the former Soviet empire, are feeling that they are responsible to keep the privileged interests of Russia in the South Caucasus, Ukraine and Moldova.

Putin knows in Armenia the military officers and generals are Moscow’s close allies and Armenis is a fellow member of a militaryalliance with Russia.

This military alliance has a name:

Collective Treaty Security Organization (CSTO).

Georgia and Azerbaijan in the South Caucasus are not the members of the so-called "CSTO".

Only Armenia (not Georgia and Azerbaijan) as the satelite state of Russia is the member of an economic bloc, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in which Russia keeps its hegemony to dictate what it should be done.

Russia and Armenia (the two sides) have very close relationships and plan together the Russian proxy wars against Azerbaijan and Georgia.

They (Armenia and Russia) have very close bilateral ties and an alliance.

Many Armenians who are living in Russia are controling the Russian newspapers and Russian News Agencies (Sputnik and RT).

The Armenians who are living in Russia have the high positions in the government, for instance, as the Foreign Minister like Sergei Lavrov ( whose real name is Sergei Kalantarian and his father Viktor Kalantarian was an Armenian from Tiblissi in Georgia or there are the Aemenian who became as Russian Ambassador (the current Russian Ambassador in Iran).

Armenia like a baby wants Russia to be his/her mother and always to be on Armenian side.

When Armenian has a need to do something, then Armenian government requires Moscow's help to come to Armenia’s aid and fight against Azerbaijan.

Armenia in 1997 when Sergei Lavrov was the Russia's representative in the UN [5 years after the Armenian armed forces with the assistance of the Russian military officers massacred the Azerbaijani people in a town of "Khojali") signed a treaty of “friendship and cooperation ” with Russia (in th time of Boris Yeltsin).

The first Azerbaijani president after the collapse of the Soviet Union was President Ebulfazl Elcibey from the National Front Party.

President Elcibey after 1 year in his job as the president of Azerbaijan escaped the capital when Russian President Boris Nikolayevich Yeltisin signed an act of aggression against him.

Russian President Boris Yeltsin coordinated a military "Coup de Etat" against Ebulfazed Elcibey's government which deposed him from the presidential office.

The decree of president Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin to bombard the Russian parliament as the result of his hostilities with the members of Duma (the Russian patliament) is well-known.

This extremely alcoholic president also signed other decrees, specifically written and dictated by his associates in the Kremlin to do a military "Coup de Etat" against the Azerbaijani president Abulfazl Elcibey.

The Coup de Etat was planned and designed as a major part of Yeltsin’s strategy to give legitimacy to the coup against President Elcibey in Azerbaijan and it is hoped one day the information about this coup can be read in the declassified form.

In the first year of his presidency, President Elcibey experienced all kinds of Russian aggressions including the Russian proxy wars by using of the Armenian subjects in the South Caucasus.

The Russian proxy wars assisted by the Armenian armed forces (as the Russian subjects in the South Caucasus).

With the Russian supports (plans,training, money, fuel, propaganda and satellite pictures and weapons and artilleries) the Armenian armwed forces the Armenian mercenaries from Lebanon, Syria and Europe attacked and occupied the Azerbaijani territories in the Karabakh region.

Prsident of Azerbaijan Abulfazl Elcibey was entrapped in all sorts of plots and wars initiated and supported by Russian President Boris Yeltsin.

Russian President Boris N. Yeltsin's plots and his strong supports for the Armenian causes, led to the occupation of very large territories of Azerbaijan.

President Abulfazl Elcibey was the first president of Azerbaijan after the collapse of ths Soviet Union.

Elcibey's new government inherited nothing from the Soviet Union except ruins and the plots specifically from Mikhail Gorbacov (the last Soviet leader).

The plots from Yevgeni Primakov (Mr. Gorbochov's evil prime minister) and the wars commanded by General Shaposhnikov all were the evil acts against Azerbaijan.

President Elcibey had no real Army, he had no money and his administration had nothing to begin with!

The last Soviet Union's leader after the collapse of the evil empire, put the Azerbaijani people in danger of fighting in all fronts for survival.

During his presidency President Ebulfazl Elcibey met Russian President Boris Yeltsin in Moscow.

President Elcibey asked him to withdraw his Russian troops from the territories of Azerbaijan.

"How can you say, Azerbaijan is an independent state and then put your Russian soldiers in our territories?, "said President Elcibey to Yeltsin.

Boris Yeltsin was very reluctant to withdraw his Russian troops from the territories of Azerbaijan.

President Elcibey said to Russian President Boris Yeltsin: " Do you accept that I am the Azerbaijanj president and you are the Russian president"?

Boris Yeltsin responded:" Without any doubt we are both the elected presidents of our countries."

President Abulfazl Elcibey said:" As the elected Azerbaijani president, I do not want to have any Russian troops in my country because it violates the soveveignity of Azerbaijan as an independent country."

Russian President Boris Yeltsin reluctanly withdrew the Russian troops from Azerbaijan but he remained hostile to Azerbaijan and its sovereignity.

Presidet Boris Yeltsin and his agents in the Russian military as well as in the Russian spy agencies planned a military "Coup de Etat" by the aids of the officers of the Azerbaijani Army who are Russophils (support the Russia's causes and priorities).

Lietenant Sourat Husseinov [in the Azerbaijani Army] was one of those officers who was working for Russia within the Azerbaijani Army.

Lieutenant Husseinov's relationships with the Russian ingelligence and the Russian military were revealed earlier.

As a Russian agent [in the Azetbaijani Army] his ties with Moscow was discovered and unravelled eralier by the intelligence agency working for President of Azerbaijan Ebulfazl Elcibey's government.

President Elcibeyn after learning these ties immediately expelled Mr. Surat Husseinov from his position as an officer in the Azerbaijani.Army.

The responsible officers within the Russian military called Lieutenant Surat Husseinov and told him:

"Don't worry!" Russia plans to do a military "Coup de Etat" against President of Azerbaijan Ebulfazl Elcibey."

The Russian government and hence the Russian military assigned the dismissed Leutenant Surat Husseinov as the commander of some military fractions in the second largest city of Azerbaijan namely in the city of "Ganje" [where Russian millitary and the Russian spys will initiate riots in the city.]

When the government of Azerbaijan was dealing with the riot in the city of Ganje ( were initiated by the Russian agents) the government was being trapped in the labyrinth of the Russian plots.div>

In this chaos created by the Russian agents, Leutenant Husseinov (as the Russuan agent in the Azetbaijani Army who was dismissed), now as the commander of the Russia's allied soldiers [with many soldiers and officers all paid by the Russian government] moved (with weapons, with tanks, with artilleries) towards Baku (the capital of Azerbaijan) to occupy the presidential office and depose the president.

By doing this "Coup de Etat" in Azerbaijan planned by Russian President against the Azerbsijani President, the result was in favor of the Kremlin in Moscow .

Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin and his military did a military "Coup de Etat" against the elected Azerbaijani president.
